Byron Film Pty Ltd provides Film Production Services and Online Marketing Automation.

Byron Film is not a licensed trademark, but recognizes that some brand copyrights still apply. No one outside is authorized to use Byron Film's name, logo, copyright, or any visual assets without the consent of Byron Film Pty Ltd.
We collect personal data including First Name, Last Name, work email, mobile number, Company Name, website URL, Project brief information, and Project Allocated budget.
Data is collected for fulfilling service needs to the client's benefit only.
Data may be stored on Byron Film's Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace & iCloud Storage Professional accounts. We do not store any data on Byron Film's Servers or computers, except media files collected for content creation on behalf of our clients.
We do not share our clients', crew, employees' or leads' data with anyone but the online service providers we use to conduct our work or to communicate directly with you, we do not share or sell your data to any 3rd party for marketing or other purpose.
You can ask us to access, modify or delete all data related to your account by writing to production@byronfilm.com.
By default our Webflow website (http://byronfilm.com) do not add any cookies to customer browser or computer. The cookies described in this Policy only apply to our Google’s add marketing and product pages, not our websites that was created and published via Webflow Hosting.”

We do our best to ensure best practices to ensure your privacy is safe & respected, but we do not have any control on how your data is used by the service provider we utilise to manage your data. We do however pay professionals to do so. You’re data are not an never will be stored or shared with a free service provider that may use your data as a collateral for payment or extract value.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Byron Bay.
